As a TEFL professional, I have always been
concerned about the learning of English by Spanish speaking people. This led me
to write and publish some articles on the learning of the English language
between 2007 and 2009. Later, I decided to write a book on the strategies and
activities that have worked for many Spanish-speaking people who learned
English and speak it very well. I started writing it and when I took my
sabbatical year in 2015, I finished it. I handed in the manuscript to colleagues and
some gave me feedback. Then I submitted it for publication at the Universidad Autónoma
de Santo Domingo press. The best news is that El AUTOAPRENDIZAJE DE INGLÉS (The
Self-learning of English) was presented at 07-06 School District in San
Francisco de Macorís City in the Dominican Republic on Thursday, December 13th.,
2018. I hope you all enjoy some of the pictures.
