MY HOUSE

Houses are very important to Almost everybody.
This is because people try to get one to provide themselves some comfort.
People want a place where they can feel safe, a place where a the end of the
day, they want to return .They want to feel relaxed and have a good time with
their families. There, they have treir stories as a family. It is the place
where they want to keep their memories. It shows who they are. In general, it
identifies them. I like my house because of the materials it is made with, its
furniture, and it’s beautiful decoration.
My house was made of
different kinds of materials. First, my house is made of cement, which was used
in combination with sand, rod, gravel, and water. These were used for making the
foor, putting he blocks together, and give strength to the walls. Second, it
has plastic tubes inside the walls. They were installed for the water to flow within
them. Also, the electric cables go within them. Third, it has ceramics, and
mosaics, which were used to cover the house and the garage floor. Also, it has pane
and aluminum Windows, which give ventilation. Besides, it has wood, which was
used for making the doors, the cabinets, and the closet. Finally, iron was used
to protect the house. These materials make it a beautiful house.
M y house has a beautiful
decoration. First, it has cornice, which was used to make a beautiful ceiling,
and the area where the light bulbs were installed. Second, it is painted white and
orange, which makes my house bright and shiny. Third, it has wood sticks on the
Windows, which were installed for holding the long, green, and yellow curtains
of the house. There is a rack between the living room and the dining room,
which is used for putting things like flowers, photos, and aromatic candles.
There are pictures, a mirror, and candelabra on the walls, which were used to
decorate every wall. When I have a
guest she or he enjoys watching the painting of the Last Supper on the right
side of the wall. Finally, it has a pot with bamboo sticks in, which is used to
decorate the left corner of the house.
In my house, there is a lot
of furniture. First, there is a stove in the kitchen. It is used to cook our food. Second, there is
a microwave oven, which is used to make tea, and some fast food when we do not
have time for cooking. There is a refrigerator, which is used to keep water, food,
and everything cold. There is a wooden table in the dining room, and six wooden
chairs, which are used to eat at meal times. There is a wooden and a pane lamp
in the living room. There is a comfortable sofa with cushions, a wooden table,
and two armchairs, which are used to get together with the family. There are
some plastic chairs, which are used in family reunions when we are all together.
There is radio, which I use
to play music when I am cleaning the house, and make parties if some of my
friends visit me. There is a big TV, which is used for watching some movies in
our free time. It is son a big pane table, which is also used to put things
about our best times in the family. There is a big wooden bed with two
mattresses, which are used to rest. There are two bedside tables, which are
used to put photos, and other things. There is a fan in the bedroom, which is
used to low the temperature. Finally, there is a cradle in the bedroom, which was
used by my daughter when she was born.
In conclusion, my house has
a structure that allows people to see the variety of materials there. Besides
the materials, the decoration is one of the most important thing that makes the
house colorful. Not only materials and the decoration are important but also
the furniture is the final element. Because of the good way that they are
distributed, my house looks luxurious. It is the most wonderful, extraordinary,
and comfortable place for my family.

Inside my Yard

My back yard is not what most people expect a yard
would be. When one thinks of a yard, we picture a beautiful place full of
flowers and butterflies, a peaceful place to relax or meditate. For some
people, more than a yard, it can be their childhood memories. Therefore, it has
a sentimental value. Some people like to be creative by working in their yards
and create incredible plants combinations. I have never experienced the feeling
of planting a tree and seeing it grow, but it must be rewarding. I do not mean
that my yard is ugly, but it does not meet all the requirements that a typical
yard would.
The first thing you see when entering my yard is the
joy of my three pets. First, there is a five-year-old dog. She is black and
short. I love how she looks at me with those light brown eyes she has. I will
never get tired of seeing myself reflected in her eyes. She has a little puppy
the same color as her, but with the top of his tale white, which he moves
every time he sees me. They fight over me all the time. One does not want me to
touch the other. They spend the day playing, biting each other, and bothering
the cat at times. She is white and gray with green eyes and soft hair. She
closes her eye slowly when I caress her. She always stays in the same place;
there is almost a hole in there. I place old clothes that I know I am not going
to wear anymore, so she can feel comfortable.
Apart from the joy of my pets I have some curious
plants in my yard. However, the green area in my yard is not as green, there
are different colors. It goes from dark brown to white. The most colorful
plants in my yard are some yellow flowers placed in the left side. I do not
know how they are still alive since nobody waters them anymore. My whole yard
is not taken care of by anyone. There is also another plant. I have no idea
what kind of plant it is. but is so damaged due of the fact that my puppy likes
to bite it and he also pees on it at times. I am planning to cut it off. Next
to a big water pot, there are some other flowers that look ugly due to the
place they are. The sunlight goes down on them almost all they long. There is a
really big and old plant in the back of my yard. It is a mango tree, but I have
not seen any fruits on it in the last five years. Last but not least, there is
a really large and thin plant in the right side of my yard; It looks so
healthy. Its green tone is gorgeous.
My yard has never been decorated, yet it has some
ornaments. It has tree fences to separate it from my neighbor´s yard. The right
fence was made with metal, and the left one was made with Wood. The rain and
the sunlight damaged the Wood one. We use the metal fence to place wet clothes
on it, so they can dry. The Little fence at the bottom was made with metal and
sticks, but is so damaged. It is broken and almost disappearing. There is also
a flowerpot, which has no flowers in it. It has some flowers painted on its
surface. It is there just hanging up a tree with no purpose. There is also a
table to the right side of my yard. I used to do my homework at it, but I do not
use it anymore because it is kind of rotten due to the rain. It has also lost
its color, which was dark blue. There is an artificial flower on the table. It
is ugly and dirty. I wish I had the time to decorate it.
In spite of the lack of flowers in my yard, I like
it the way it is. It does not have the fanciest decoration, but I do not
imagine having a different yard. I do want to make some changes when I have the
time and money. I would like to fix the fences, and to elaborate a real doghouse
for my pets. Is not the best yard ever, but it feels like home.
